Yes. The first month of your membership will be charged to your Debit/Credit Card during the account creation process.
Your payment method will be saved by Stripe, the online payment gateway connected to worksheet.sg.
Your Worksheet monthly membership gets auto-renewed every 30 days.
The amount will automatically charged to the Credit/Debit Card recorded by Stripe at the renewal date.
No we don’t. We outsource the entire online payment process to Stripe, a leading online payment gateway.
We don’t store any data related to your Credit/Debit card on our side.
Should you need to update your payment details, please fill up the contact form.
Upon reception of your request, we will generate an update link in our Stripe account and email it to you.
You will be then able to update your Credit/Debit Card details directly in Stripe in a secure way.
You can stop your membership at any time.
Just fill-up the contact form and we will update your account accordingly and set an expiry date so that Stripe will stop charging your Credit/Debit card at the next renewal date.
No, we do not prorate the last month’s payment.
Our membership is paid in advance every month, and we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months.
So, even if you cancel your membership before the end of the month, you will still have access to all features until the end of the paid period.
We add new questions and quizzes every month.
The access to the new content is included i your monthly membership.
If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
You’ll then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
